McGill 13 dBi Tuned Directional Antenna (EU 868)

The McGill 13 dBi Tuned Directional Antenna (EU 868) is a cutting edge product, optimized for Helium network and ensuring better coverage as well as increased HNT revenue. It’s manufactured by McGill Microwave Systems – a leading provider of Helium products as well as other antennas, cables, connectors and network accessories.

The new high performance optimized LoRa frequency band antenna has +7% forward power transmission compared to other non optimized models. Its frequency range is 865 – 870 MHz, the max input power is 50W and the temperature range is -40 / +55 C. It’s available in EU 868 and US 915 versions.

The antenna has a unique flat design, which allows to focus forward all of the radiated energy transmitted behind it and to the site. Thus this extremely powerful antenna creates one very high beam.

The McGill 13 dBi Tuned Directional Antenna (EU 868) is directional and can be easily tilted and moved in the Azimuth direction.

The product is suitable for mounting on balconies, tower blocks or other buildings where its position doesn’t allow backward transmission or in front of buildings where rear radiation is not required. Another possible application is on the coast or at other locations where transmission to the antenna rear is also not required.
