Milesight Carbon Dioxide Sensor EM500-CO2

The Milesight Carbon Dioxide Sensor (4 in 1) EM500-CO2 is an ideal choice for monitoring the CO2 concentration in harsh environments or wherever else you want. For example, you can install such a sensor in a green house or a storage area for fruits and vegetables. It’s also suitable to use in the ventilation system of a building.

The EM500-CO2 features four main functions. It can monitor CO2 levels, humidity, temperature and barometric pressure.

This Internet of Things (IoT) device uses LoRaWAN for wireless transmissions. It supports the following frequencies: CN470/RU864/IN865/EU868/US915/AU915/KR920/AS923 at Tx Power: 16dBm(868)/20dBm(915)/19dBm(470). Suitable to connect via the Helium network.

The Milesight EM500-CO2 features a 400-5000ppm range for CO2 measurements at 1ppm resolution. The accuracy is ±30 ppm or ±3 % of reading.

The sensor has a massive 19000 mAh high-capacity battery which can be used for up to 10 years. It has a ultra-low power consumption and this makes it very easy for deployment. The sensor is IP65 certified and has dimensions 156.1 × 71 × 69.5 mm, making it compact enough for easy mounting on DIN rails, walls or poles.

Configuration is also easy via NFC. All you have to do is download the Toolbox app, scan the NFC sensor with your smartphone and it will open the app for configuration. The Milesight EM500-CO2 IoT sensor also supports the company’s IoT Cloud. Thanks to it, you can configure and monitor the devices remotely with ease. There’s a feature-rich interface and an easy way to drag-and-drop configure your IoT systems, add widgets, triggers and other options.
