Milesight Industrial Temperature Sensor EM500-PT100

The Milesight EM500-PT100 sensor provides industrial-grade temperature measurements with a wide operating range. If you want highly accurate temperature measurements for various industrial settings, equipment or other areas, this device is worth your time.

It features a three-wire circuit and a vibration-resistant construction. Measuring range is between -50 °C to +200 °C standard , but it’s also customizable from -200 °C to +800 °C thanks to an additional probe. The standard probe length is 1.5 and is Straight tube (Bolt-on ring, magnet and other types customizable).

The Milesight EM500-PT100 is LoRaWAN certified. You can use this IoT sensor in LoRaWAN networks like the Helium network for example. Operating frequencies are: CN470/RU864/IN865/EU868/US915/AU915/KR920/AS923 with Tx Power 20dBM. Sensitivity is -137dBm @300bps.

The device measurements are 105.4 × 71 × 69.5 mm (Sensor and cable are not included). It’s mountable on DIN rails, walls or poles. It’s IP67 rated for dust and water protection. Operating range is -30°C to +70°C. The EM500-PT100 features a 19000 mAh Li-SOCl2 battery which provides up to 10 years worth of work.

As with other Milesight IoT devices, the EM500-PT100 supports quick and easy configuration via NFC. All you have to do is download the Toolbox app on your smartphone and use NFC to connect and configure your sensor.

When you do that, you can also add the EM500-PT100 to the Milesight IoT Cloud platform. This will allow you to have complete remote access to the device. You can also make better use of the features, add triggers, widgets and other functions to get the maximum potential of your IoT sensor.
